Display Table Registration Information
The 6 hour conference this year is on Infant Oral Anatomy and the speakers are a dentist, IBCLC, and a chiropractor. We hope to draw many healthcare providers and others interested in this topic.
The set up time is at 8:30 and you would be displaying before the conference begins from 9:30-10:00 and then during the breaks and lunch time, with tear down at 4:30. This is an opportunity to get your name out into the local healthcare/breastfeeding/baby community!!!
The cost for this opportunity is $30 per table (we will furnish the table, but you need to bring the tablecloth). You may also provide a prize for drawing/give away where your business name will again be mentioned. You can bring this gift to the event and put it on the front table-be sure to put your name or business card on the gift!!! Suggested value is $5.00- $15.00. This of course, is optional.
One meal will be provided for you with this fee.
