This class is unlike any other class in our area! We created it specifically to address the questions and concerns we hear from so many families who don't feel prepared for those first few hours, days, and weeks after their baby's birth.

We're Angela Swieter and Katie Nyberg, two highly experienced postnatal professionals, who have combined our expertise to create a class that focuses on all things related to new moms, their partners, babies, breastfeeding and families.

Topics will include:
B: Breastfeeding in the first hour, days, and weeks
O: Organizing the home in those first weeks: Helpers, visitors, and planning for mom's recovery
O: Orientation to Parenting: How to calm your baby. Help your baby sleep so you can sleep.
B: Babies: What are normal physical appearances for baby? What can I expect my baby to be able to do? Can I play with my newborn? (yes!)

Join us at your convenience for some great education and fun as you prepare for your new life with baby!

When you purchase the class you'll also receive $20 in gift cards for:
$10 off a IBCLC lactation consultation with Angela within the first 2 weeks after birth
$10 off Postpartum doula service with Katie within the first 2 weeks after birth

There is a $50 class fee for you and your partner/support person if you register for this class.

*Please note that refunds will be granted in certain circumstances, but 15% of the payment will be withheld to cover administrative costs.*

Testimonials from former BOOB Campers

We have attended a breastfeeding course prior to this class and this class went above and beyond our expectations. We loved Katie and Angela! They were so helpful!
BOOB Camp was a fantastic introduction into all things birth and the 4th trimester. As a physical therapist who works primarily with pregnant and postpartum mamas, I learned A LOT about my own pregnancy and future delivery/birth.
BOOB Camp is a MUST for parents-to-be. Most valuable class time I've spent and helps me make sense of "out of class" materials and self-study.
Katie and Angela are so well educated and gave real-life scenarios and how to handle them safely and lovingly.
This class was a great use of time! At 36 weeks it was a helpful refresher on some things we had learned in birth class and, more importantly, a wealth of new, evidence-based information that helped us feel confident about becoming new parents.
