At The Nest Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Diana Pelzer offers consultations and treatment for infants and children for lip- and tongue-ties.  After meeting with our team, parents feel more informed and empowered when deciding whether or not to proceed with treatment for their child. Our office is proud to offer patients and their families a room dedicated to CO₂ laser procedures and we encourage moms to feed infants after their treatment. We enjoy working with our lactation, speech and occupational therapy colleagues to provide exceptional care for our patients.

Tongue Tie Center of Iowa, founded by Dr. Molly Bremen, is a part of Pediatric Dentistry of Greater Des Moines. Due to her desire to incorporate the newest technology and treatment, Dr. Molly found it important to expand her area of care to offer this specialized service to infants and children. As the first specialized care practice of its kind in Iowa, Dr. Molly and her team are dedicated to serving those suffering from lip and tongue tie challenges. Dr. Molly uses advanced CO2 laser technology to fully release a child’s lip or tongue tie in a gentle procedure. Dr. Molly has enjoyed being part of the Iowa community not only in a clinical setting, but also in an educational environment as a visiting speaker at Des Moines University. Dr. Molly's goal is to provide the best knowledge and possible outcome for all of our patients and their families.
