2015 Display Table Registration Information
This is an opportunity to get your name out into the local healthcare/breastfeeding/baby community!
The 8 hour conference this year is on "Lactation Support for the Preterm and Late Preterm Baby" with another session on "Promoting Optimal Breastfeeding in the Latino Community". We hope to draw many healthcare providers and others interested in these topics. Attendees of the conference will have time to visit the display tables during the registration period and four breaks, including a longer lunch break.
The cost for this opportunity is $30 per table (we will furnish the table, but you need to bring the tablecloth and any of your supplies or materials) Lunch for one is provided. You may also provide a prize for drawing/give away where your business name will again be mentioned. You can bring this gift to the event and put it on the front table-be sure to put your name or business card on the gift! Suggested value is $5.00- $15.00. This, of course, is optional.
Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. with display tables ready by 8:00 a.m. The conference registration begins at 8:15.
